Rupert Caring and Sharing Festival

The Caring and Sharing Festival in Rupert, "Christmas City" has raised nearly $250,000 since its start 10 years ago.

Miss Idaho Int, Lisa Hamman presented the vocal and musical entertainment for the evening.

Lisa Hamman, Miss Idaho Int, signed autographs and made friends with the kids at the Caring and Sharing Festival in Rupert.
